Non-human origin language in the official record
Some statutes and draft UAP disclosure text use phrases such as “non-human intelligence” or “technologies of unknown origin” as defined terms for reporting. AARO has not confirmed recovered biologics or craft matching those terms. Where a released file says unresolved, that is all it says.
